the TM under the calligraphy of my logo stands for Trade Mark. It is proprietary like a copyright. I am very fussy about this.

I am comlimented that anyone likes my images or writing enough to copy them, but you must ask me for permission!!

Photos, images of paintings, original illustrative drawings, and text, design and content on this site ooothere.com,  is the sole property of Susan G Holland and may not be copied, republished, or otherwise used by other entities without express permission of Susan G Holland.  Most images are cropped versions of the original art, and most have also a copyright statement alongside the signature  on the original. Often they have embedded watermarks.  If a print of a piece of original art is circulating, it is not authorized by the artist unless legally authorized in writing.  I almost never have giclees or other prints available, and if you see one, it's likely not authorized. (Exception: the watercolor of Taj, the distrubed Siamese Cat, which can be made into prints on demand.) My ink drawings are available as prints on note cards, but available only through me, personally. I have not sold the original ink drawings, purposely.
Embedded quotes and items derived from sources other than  Susan G Holland found on this site are credited to their owners, with the owner's express permission. The intellectual property rights of others and of myself  are an  important matter to Susan G Holland and infringements will be taken seriously and pursued legally.
